For those selling don’t spend too much money doing it all for the next person.
We can walk your property and provide you with a real estimate for all the items we feel could end up on an inspection report or that just need to be done to move your home fast.

Buyers and Flippers

For y’all We will also visit your prospective properties yet for a fee that will be credited toward future work. During a one hour visit. We will walk the property and point out things that you probably wont see on your own such as things covered up for sale, possible signs of foundation problems or plumbing problems and such. It won’t only the bad things we will also throw out ideas as we walk for future improvement. Once Walk is complete you will receive detailed description along with pricing for these items. Many client have found this helps greatly when making an offer on negotiations with current owners.

The Process

The Call

Give us a call to setup your in-home consultation. You will speak directly with Anthony about your project and set up a time for his visit.

The Meeting

He will come and do an in-home consultation for your project. It’s typically best for the homeowner to have a list ready of items/projects that you will be wanting estimates on. We have also found it helpful if you have a certain look your going for to have inspiration picks ready at this time for the most accurate estimate.

The Numbers

All our estimates are typically emailed out the next Tuesday or Thursday after your in-home consultation. All estimates are itemized and categorized by area with generous allowance for materials and big ticket items.

Moving Forward & Selections

We then wait to hear back with what you plan to move forward with. Once we hear back that you have decided to move forward we will set up a time for selections. We like to have customers come out to our office most of our material vendors are in a 5 mile radius. We will discuss your project then head out to select materials for your project. This is also when you will sign a contract and we normally collect a deposit.

Ordering & Preconstruction Prep

Once selections are made we will begin purchasing all necessary items for your project we will not stat until we have everything. Lead time, on tile, countertops and hardware can be 5-10 days typically. Also if we are building or fabricating anything we like to do those things before be start tearing stuff apart. This minimizes the time you are living in a construction zone and or time on site.

Let the Work Begin

Once all materials are here it’s time to get going we set contaminant areas and get to work. Most jobs are completed In 2 weeks or less. Once completed we let you live in the space for a couple of weeks to find any issues and then come back for touchups. Most of our work is covered by a 1 year warranty.
